Terms and Conditions for Rockside Music Christmas Gift Certificate Promotion

  1. Eligibility:

    • Gift certificates are valid for new students only or students who are not currently taking lessons at Rockside Music and have not taken lessons in the past 60 days (excluding trial lessons).

    • Certificates are not eligible for current Rockside Music students.

  2. Recipient Information:

    • The name of the recipient must be provided at the time of purchase.

  3. Sign-Up Fee:

    • A sign-up fee of $30 will be charged to the student if they choose to continue lessons beyond the gift certificate credit period.

  4. Exclusions:

    • Gift certificates exclude performance events, which will be charged separately to the student, if applicable.

    • Certificates are not valid for cello lessons or any advanced lessons programs.

  5. Lesson Redemption:

    • A "One Month of Private Lessons" certificate can be redeemed for up to 4 lessons, which may be taken in a single month or split across multiple months depending on the student’s start date.

    • A "Three Months of Private Lessons" certificate can be redeemed for up to 12 lessons.

    • A "Six Months of Private Lessons" certificate can be redeemed for up to 24 lessons.

    • A "One Year of Private Lessons" certificate can be redeemed for up to 48 lessons.

    • Regular monthly tuition rules and rates apply after certificate credits expire.

  6. Private Lessons Only:

    • Gift certificates are valid only for private lessons and cannot be used for group lessons or converted to group lesson credits.
